Lake Bracciano is home to the Italian Air Force Museum.
It is the site where the first Italian Aeronautical Experimental Workshop
was installed -1904
The first Italian military airship was flown in 1907, and until 1945, was an Experimental Center for seaplanes and naval armaments. The aircraft are in pristine condition and many are the sole remaining example in the world.
